Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("Sprout", "we") for using Sprout, on the web or through AI apps such as Claude or ChatGPT. By using Sprout you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Your account

• You must be at least [MINIMUM AGE] and able to agree to these terms.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens in your account, including through AI apps you connect.
• If you use Sprout for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

Your content

• You keep the rights to what you upload and to the designs you create, as far as the law and our AI providers' terms allow. You give us the permission we need to store, process and show it to provide Sprout.
• You confirm you have the rights to what you upload (logos, images, documents) and that your use of generated designs follows the law, including trademark law.
• AI output can be wrong or similar to other people's work. Check designs before you use them.

Acceptable use

Don't use Sprout to:

• break the law or infringe others' rights;
• create hateful, harassing, sexual content involving minors, violent or deceptive content;
• impersonate others or create misleading brands;
• attack, overload, scrape or get around limits of Sprout.

We may refuse requests, including AI-app requests flagged as unsafe, and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Credits and payments

• AI work uses credits. Prices and what each action costs are shown in Sprout.
• Work on a brand someone shared with you uses that brand owner's credits. Connected AI apps use credits the same way as the web, if you allowed spending.
• Purchased credits are [REFUND / EXPIRY TERMS]. If a design is interrupted on our side (for example, by a restart), we refund the credits its AI steps used; a few small steps, such as a poster's background image, may not be refunded.
• Payments are handled by Razorpay. Taxes: [TAX TERMS].

AI apps

You can connect AI apps to your Sprout account and disconnect them anytime in Connected agents. An AI app acts on your behalf with the permissions shown when you allowed it. The AI app itself is provided by another company under its own terms.

Service changes and availability

We work to keep Sprout available but don't promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change or stop features; we'll give notice of major changes where we can.

Ending

You can stop using Sprout and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. [WHAT HAPPENS TO UNUSED CREDITS AND DATA].

Disclaimers and liability
